I am a committed international ELT Academic Consultant and Teacher Trainer with 10+ years experience working for international major publishing houses. I work both, at private and public sectors, and have a deep understanding of the scope of Mexico’s national education programme in English. I also have a very clear picture of teachers’ and students’ needs; and excellent results at boosting English Language teachers’ performance.

   Based on my own experience in the field, I am convinced that the best training should be based on a wholistic approach which involves: lecturing, specific courses, mentoring, Action Research, on-the-job assessment, reflecting about one’s performance, and sharing best practices.

    My main goal is to help Tt Discover, Construct and Socio-Construct their own learning and their own knowledge; so that they can develop better and stronger teaching competences. I fully understand the multiplication effect teacher training has on Ss both, at present and for future generations.
